Complete the New Member form, and your new Member ID Number will be issued "on screen" immediately. You will also receive a New Member Welcome letter in your inbox, confirming your Membership.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Canceling your Membership is easy. Simply click on the "Cancel" link located on the bottom of any page. Complete the Cancel Membership Form, and your account will be canceled immediately. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation letter in your inbox.
What if I have lost my Member ID Number?
Your Member ID Number can be sent immediately. Simply click on the "Member Login" button located on the bottom of any page. Complete the Lost Member ID Number form, and your Member ID Number will be sent to at once.
How do I login to the service?
Login is easy. Simply click on the "Member Login" button. Enter your Member ID Number in the top box where indicated. The US Map will be displayed. Just click on a State, then a County, to view the foreclosure listings.
Why can't I see the property details after I log in?
All users have different web browser and use different browser settings. If you have difficulty seeing the detailed property listing information, try adjusting the security settings in your web browser.
How much does the BankHouses.com service cost?
The standard membership fee for the BankHouses.com service is $29.95 per month. The membership fee is charged once per month.
Is there a login limit?
There are no limits on the number of times you can Login to the service. There are no limits on the number of searches you can perform. There are no limits on the amount of time you spend searching listings on the site.
